What you need to know about the
Vitalize PeelŽ:
For best results, it is advisable to avoid sun
exposure and the following products and procedures
at least one week prior to your treatment:
- Electrolysis
- Waxing
- Depilatory creams
- Laser hair removal
Use of the following products should be avoided
2-3 days prior to your
Vitalize PeelŽ:
- Any exfoliating products
- Any products that may be
drying or irritating, including prodcuts
containing salicylic acid, AHAs (including
glycolic acids) and products containing Vitamin
A or retinol
Shaving of the area to be peeled
should be avoided on the day of the treatment.
How long will this take?
From start to finish, the entire
procedure should take approximately 20 minutes.

Patients who should avoid the
Vitalize PeelŽ
include:
- Patients with a history of
allergies, rashes or other skin reactions or
anyone with an allergy to salicylates (e.g.
Aspirin or anti-inflammatories)

within the past year; or received chemotherapy
or radiation therapy
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
women
- Patients under the age of 12
