Before treatment:  This client complained of a tired look with loss of youthful volume under the eyes and chin area.  Injection by Dr. Raza Khan.	Two weeks after treatment:  Botox was administered around the eyes to achieve a brow lift and soften forehead wrinkles and "comma" lines (the lines above the sides of the eyebrows).  Teosyal was injected under the eyes (1cc each side).  Juvederm 0.9cc into each nasolabial fold (the fold from the side of the nose to the corners of the mouth, and Teosyal augmentation of the lips.  Filler was also used to restore youthful volume to the corners of the mouth and chin area.  Injection by Dr. Raza Khan.

All injections are Physician administered.
